How a webmaster uses this help site
You build nothing yourself: iNterGine builds the site. This help site is for the day you hand it over to the business owner, and for the care you give it every month.
Before you start
- You are an independent iNterGine webmaster (join free at work_from_home.intergine.com).
Before and at the handover
Step 1. Before you meet the owner: watch the five Onboarding videos (title, home picture, home text, search, app icon). They are the first things an owner asks about.
Step 2. At the handover: open the Help Center with the owner and show them Getting Started: log in, find your way, change the password.
Afterwards
Step 3. When they ask "how do I...": every article has numbered pictures and a short video. Send them the link instead of explaining on the phone.
Step 4. Your monthly care: Pages & Editing, Look & Design and Media & Videos cover nearly everything an owner pays you to keep fresh.
Step 5. Stuck? Look in the F.A.Q., ask in the Support Forum, or use Contact.

Open the Help Center on your phone, the way your customer will.

- Keep the Help Center link in your Toolkit messages, so a customer always knows where to look.
