Change your site's title and subtitle

The title and subtitle are the two lines at the top of your website (the header). Your home page has its own header, and all your other pages share one header. Here is how to change each.

Good to know

  • Saving a page's header with its own pencil gives that page a header of its own. From then on it no longer follows the "Every other page" header.
  • Admin › SEO › Headers shows the header of every page in one list, with a Desktop and a Phone preview.
  • Changed your mind? Under the home page's header in Admin › SEO › Headers, "Previous versions" lists your earlier saves; click Restore next to one to bring it back.
  • The header editor is the same editor you use for page sections: you can also change fonts, sizes and colours there.
